oh, i don't think i've eaten British mushrooms before
i might have heard of poisonous ones?
but yes, i don't cook much (or at all) so a friend has been encouraging me to try
maybe i should stick with something easier than mushrooms?
like soup

i dunno. i think you should go with what you like to eat.

she's the one who suggested i try cooking more vegetables
since i won't die eating raw vegetables, compared to raw meat

i can cook eggs because the clear turns white when it's done
and i only have to watch for a minute or so
meat is hard because you can't see inside
and burnt meat is as bad for you as raw meat

theres different tricks to meat.
juices run clear with chicken and the pinks gone.
you poke beef to see how squishy it is.
you can also get meat thermometers to stick into meat if you dont trust yourself.

[Was Noah a cook? Not really. Cooking's a pain when you have one working arm. But he sure watches cooking shows like an addict, so he's learned some things. ]
