You'll get it, don't worry. Now this is the tricky part. You need to kick your feet over your head to do the cartwheel, keeping them far apart like a pinwheel effect, and then land back in a lunge position.

Well...for starters, you're too stiff. Like you're anticipating it going wrong, which tenses up your muscles and make them harder to move.
